The Hall is more than just a building – it is a community hub and a charity with the sole purpose being, to serve the village of Beech, which is why we need YOUR views.
In accordance with the constitution of the Foundation, all residents of the area of Beech were invited to attend and vote at The Annual General Meeting of Beech Village Hall and Recreation Ground.

The Meeting at the Village Hall passed the following resolutions:

3.Chairman’s Report
To pass Resolution that the Annual Report of the Chairman of the
Management Committee for the year to 30th June 2019 be accepted.
4.Treasurer’s Report
To pass Resolution that the Accounts and Audit Report for the
year to 30th June 2019 be accepted and adopted.
5.Retirement of Trustees: Nigel Sillick and Ruth Dewing
6.Re-election of Trustees: To re-elect Ruth Dewing.
7.Election of New Trustees: To elect Nick Sorby and Kim Eakers as Trustees.
8.Any Other Business
Information re Trustees and Management Committee 2019-20
Subject to further nominations during the year, and subject to the above elections, the Trustees for the following year will be Ian Gibson, Nicholas Charman, Ruth Dewing, Jane Short. Nick Sorby and Kim Eakers while Peter Cox and Elaine King continue to attend Management Committee meetings.
