At a joint meeting of the Hall’s Main Committee and Social Committee on 19th March, it was agreed that our planned social events over the coming two months will be cancelled, but the end of May Social and June’s ‘Jazz on the Green’ will be kept under review. This means that there will be no March Social, Easter Egg Hunt or April Social at the Village Hall. However, we are looking at the possibility of holding the Quiz planned for 16th May as an online event and will provide further information about that in due course. We are actively thinking about ways we can keep the wonderful social spirit of Beech alive over this very difficult period and would be grateful for any suggestions or offers that do not involve face-to-face gatherings.
