Many congratulations to the Bennett family, who came top of the leader board on Saturday to take the ‘Brains of Beech’ cup! Here is Harry Bennett proudly taking possession of it for the coming year, on behalf of his household. But only 100 points separated them from the Williams family who were runners up. This was a very similar outcome to the VE Day Quiz last May, when they came second and third respectively, so we have a real rivalry going between these two families now! Many thanks once again to Quizmaster Paul Fleming, to Peter Cox for compiling the questions and Sara Varo for organising the AHA software once again. Let’s hope we can all be together again quizzing in the Village Hall come the Spring!
