We passed!!!!
Whilst we all focus on the ‘front’ of the Beech Coffee and Cake shop ie the freshness of the coffee, the range of teas, quality of the freshly baked cakes there is quite a lot of work required in the ‘back office’ of the shop…
Not only do we want to enable friendly conversation over great coffee and cakes but we also want to make sure that we do this safely. That mean extra focus on cleanliness, safe methods and awareness of allergens.
All our team have had to understand safe methods and allergens and we have invested in tools and processes to manage this. So when it came to our ‘inspection’ on the 1st December we got a 5!!!
