What a fantastic event last Sunday, August 8! We can’t think of enough superlatives to describe it. Around 100 people enjoyed superb music and great company. The band, as usual, was excellent and Anna, the singer, had a lovely voice.
The amazing community spirit in Beech came to the fore as people shared gazebos and food; even feeding the band, who were so grateful. We would like to thank all the helpers and organisers; the event wouldn’t have happened without you. Several newcomers to Beech and visitors from out of the area commented on how they felt welcomed.

With this and the very successful barbecue on July 30, Beech social events are back on the map!
